Shoaib Sabir is a Pakistani entrepreneur on a single mission: making business growth simpler through technology, compliance, and strategic guidance. He's spent the last several years building tools that take the friction — and the fear — out of running a company.
He is the Founder & CEO of Tax Nerd Pakistan, Pakistan's first AI-powered, award-winning TaxTech platform, helping thousands of individuals and businesses navigate FBR filings, compliance, and tax planning without the usual headache.
He also founded Formations Lounge, a platform dedicated to non-resident founders looking to launch and scale their businesses in the United States — handling LLC/C-Corp formation, EIN, banking, and ongoing US compliance end-to-end.
With Booklance, Shoaib is bringing the same philosophy to bookkeeping itself: an honest, modern, affordable accounting platform built for freelancers, startups, and small teams who'd rather spend their time growing the business than fighting their spreadsheets.
